Holds a Level 7 Master's Diploma from the National Centre for Integrative Medicine and Coaching Certification.

My story and mission.
I'm a student of wellbeing as much as a guide for others.Overcoming my own health challenges, including chronic pain, led me beyond mainstream healthcare, out of necessity. It was a wild ride and I found solutions both alone and with compassionate guidance.All forms of healthcare have their value and their limits.My personal journey took me through a succesful rare bone surgery and led me to qualify in the F.M. Alexander Technique, gaining insight into embodiment, ease and the mind body connection. Also critical to my wellbeing has been the study of meditation, nutrition, Ayurveda.People are suffering more than ever with chronic diseaseIn my view, we must build new, empowered pathways to wellbeing that celebrate the best of both modern and ancient science and wisdom, wholeness and humanity, with the person feeling equipped to lead themselves towards wellness.
